CoE Team Lead Licensing Governance Secondment opportunity / Fixed term contract (2 February 2026 to 9 January 2027) See yourself in our team Group Compliance is responsible for lobbying, implementing and monitoring regulatory change with relevance to the CBA Group. It is also responsible for building frameworks and methodologies to enable consistency across the Group and to provide an operating environment to work within and meet our regulatory mandates. The Compliance Framework and Licensing Chapter develops and maintains the frameworks for managing compliance across the Group. What a day in your role will look like? This role leads the Group’s licensing and governance function, overseeing licensing and Prudential governance requirements for the Group. The key activities of this role are: Overseeing and leading the design and operation of the Group’s ASIC Licence Management and APRA Prudential Governance Frameworks Managing CBA’s Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and Australian Credit Licence (ACL) requirements Facilitating Fit and Proper compliance requirements, including Responsible Person role assessments, fit and proper assessments and control testing Managing the Group’s annual APS 310 requirements Preparing Board and Committee reporting for Licensing and Prudential Standards Managing a broad range of stakeholders including senior management, Business Unit and Support Unit Compliance teams, Prudential Standard Owners, and internal/external auditors Identifying and delivering on opportunities to optimise, simplify and streamline licensing and Prudential governance processes What will you need to succeed in this role? This role requires strong attention to detail and focus on stakeholder management.
