About the Role
The Digital Services Product Manager, directly reporting to the Digital Services Manager, plays a pivotal role in designing, launching, and optimizing digital products and services in strong collaboration with Business and Digital & ICT functions.
As a key role, it demands strong product management, project coordination, and strategic thinking skills, along with expertise in digital service processes and customer experience, ultimately driving business success by creating valuable and engaging digital experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support to Product Vision and Strategy:

    • Within the global Coesia Customer Service strategy, supports the definition and refinement of the product vision and strategy for Digital Service design, based on customer needs, user feedback, business goals and market trends. Prioritize features and functionalities based on such vision.
  • Identify target audiences, market needs, and potential opportunities to drive product growth.
  • Product Roadmap Management:


    • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

    • Prioritize features and improvements, balancing business needs with user requirements.
    • Customer-Centric Focus:
    • Ensure that digital services are built with a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences. This includes deep knowledge of customer processes and capabilities in gathering feedback, conducting user research, and iterating on features to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.


      • Boost services awareness and support digital services promotion to the Coesia Companies

      • Profitability and Growth:
      • Work with Company sales and marketing teams to maximize product adoption and revenue potential.
      • Drive growth through innovative features, pricing guidelines, cost&profitability analysis (business case creation).
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Act as the bridge among Business functions, Digital & ICT development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.


        • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

        • Communicate product progress, updates, and results to internal stakeholders, aligning them on product goals, priorities, and timelines.
        • Service Lifecycle Management

        From ideation to launch and beyond, oversee the entire lifecycle of the Coesia digital Services, ensuring they are continuously improved, scaled, and adapted to changing customer needs and market dynamics.

        • Data-Driven Decision Making:

        Utilize analytics and data to monitor the performance and user engagement of digital services, track KPIs, and make informed decisions on product improvements, user experience enhancements, and feature additions.

        • Customer Experience (UX) and Design Oversight:

          • Work with design teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
        • Advocate for UX/UI improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
        • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:


          • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor product, ensuring that Coesia Digital Service proposal remains innovative and competitive

          • Identify new opportunities for product innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge.
