JOB TITLE: COFFEE AND VENDING SERVICE OPERATOR

Location: Chester
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
We’re seeking a flexible and proactive Operator to join our team. This dynamic role is essential for supporting our retail division. As a Coffee and Vending Operator, you’ll adapt to the needs of the business and our customers, covering a variety of tasks including machine maintenance, restocking, customer service, and deliveries. You will report to the Operations Manager in our Southampton depot.
This role involves driving, physical activity, and working across different locations to ensure outstanding service. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable with the physical aspects of the role.
What You’ll Do:

Depending on the division and customer needs, your responsibilities will include:

• Coffee and Vending: Replenish, clean, and merchandise coffee and vending machines to maintain hygiene standards, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance to keep machines operational.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, acting as the face of our company across various sites.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct spot checks and audits, and support team members with training and mentoring as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep company vans clean, safe, and roadworthy at all times.

• Comfortable with Physical Work: This is an active role that involves tasks such as loading and unloading stock, delivering large water bottles, and moving equipment. A reasonable level of fitness will help you thrive in this hands-on environment.

• Detail-Oriented: You pride yourself on keeping things clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Experience: While experience in vending, delivery, or related fields is a plus, we provide full training.
