About the role We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Coffee Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about our mission and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The Coffee Barista will prepare high-quality beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and create a welcoming experience for every customer. What you'll do Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area. Restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, cups, and other supplies as needed. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment. Educate customers about menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure food safety and health regulations are followed at all times. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management. Work collaboratively with team members to provide efficient service during busy periods. Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and courteously. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
