We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

Hotel Reception

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate the Micros POS system for processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
