Job Summary: As a Coffee Barista at Kenangan Coffee, you will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. You'll work in a dynamic team environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfect cup in hand. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment. Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed. Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management. Uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience. Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction. Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred (but not required; training will be provided). Passionate about coffee and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Qualifications: - Must be 18 years old and above. - High school diploma or equivalent. - EITHER At least 6 months experience as a coffee barista OR Barista NC II Passer is required - with or without experience in coffee barista - with atleast 6 months experience in food and beverage industry - Passion for coffee, with a desire to learn about different types of beverages. - Attention to detail for beverage preparation and presentation. - Basic math skills for handling cash. - Willingness to follow company recipes and standards.
