As a Barista at Piccolo Me, you will be the heart of our café. You’ll be responsible for creating exceptional coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our workspace. • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, etc.) with precision and care.
• Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for all customers, taking orders and making recommendations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring all machines are functioning properly.
• Uphold Piccolo Me’s standards of customer service, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
