This opening is perfect for the coffee professional, who has "paid their dues" behind the counter, to flourish and expand towards a career in coffee. The position will encompass a myriad of activities, including wholesale/retail education, consulting start-ups (menus, recipe books, drink creation, education), customer visits, sales prospecting, and bean shop. The public face of City Bean. City Bean is a busy, 80% wholesale and 20% direct-to-consumer roasting works company. City Bean specializes in providing delicious coffee and tea to So Cal restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and specialty coffee shops, in addition to other roasting operations. The facility houses a 1926 Probat UG15 and a 1963 Probat G75. There is also a bean shop at the roastery.
