For over 40 years, Bridgehead has been sourcing and supporting a family of small-scale, sustainable farmers around the world. Today, we have 17 locations across Ottawa and employ over 300 team members. Bridgehead is recognized and respected as a leader in bringing approachable, responsibly sourced, high scoring coffee to Canadians.We were the first to bring Fairtrade coffee to Ottawa coffeehouses and continue to be a place where you can enjoy an exceptional cup of coffee, directly sourced from global producers. Locally, Bridgehead supports hundreds of neighbourhood organizations every year, including in-kind donations of coffee, tea, gift baskets and gift cards.At the center of our success is our extraordinary team members, who continuously deliver with care. They care about our customers, each other, our community and the environment. We are currently seeking an experienced self–starter with a passion for people and providing exceptional customer experience. The Coffeehouse Manager will be responsible to educate, support, and train their team members in employing the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring our customers consistently enjoy unique, ethically traded products served in a comfortable, community centred environment.
