Job Description Complete learning with end‑to‑end exposure to coffee manufacturing operations, strong grounding in safety, quality, CI, and compliance, also practical readiness for industrial or agro‑processing roles. SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) 1. Apply and comply with PPE, Life Saving Rules, Work Permit systems, and LOTO during operations and maintenance. 2. Participate in HIRA studies, risk assessments, and implementation of engineering controls. 3. Follow and support SHE SOPs, audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. Mill Operations 4. Hands‑on exposure to all milling machines, including startup, shutdown, and cleaning procedures. 5. Support HACCP, OPRP, CCP, PRP controls, verification, and validation activities. 6. Understand food safety, traceability, and EUDR compliance requirements. Warehouse Operations 7. Execute daily loading/unloading, weekly milling & dispatch planning, and loss calculations. 8. Implement FIFO, warehouse safety systems, housekeeping, and clean‑up processes. 9. Prepare daily MIS reports, support XBS usage, and weighbridge calibration checks. Quality 10. Learn quality specifications, coffee analysis, cupping, and sensory evaluation. 11. Support blending optimization and cost‑saving initiatives. 12. Assist with FSSC 22000 compliance, audits, and QA documentation. Continuous Improvement 13. Support 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency. 14. Apply problem‑solving tools and participate in daily/weekly/monthly operations reviews. 15. Assist in data analysis and visualization using Power BI. Projects (Engineering) 16. Prepare and track Gantt charts, project timelines, and progress reports. 17. Learn correct project scoping, execution methods, and risk management. 18. Coordinate with vendors and contractors and support project documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any other relevant technical degree. Basic understanding of manufacturing or processing environments. Knowledge of food safety principles, including PRP, OPRP, CCP, and basic HACCP concepts. Understanding of mass balance principles in production or processing operations. Ability to work professionally in English Additional Information Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn data visualization and reporting tools.
