What You’ll Do

As a Keyholder / Sales Associate, you’ll be a go-to leader in the store. You’ll:

• Open and close the store with confidence
• Welcome customers and make them feel at home
• Share your product knowledge and demonstrate espresso machines, brewers, and more
• Drive sales while keeping the store looking sharp and inviting
• Support and motivate teammates when management isn’t around
• Ensure smooth operations (cash handling, stock, merchandising)

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Positive, energetic personality — you genuinely enjoy people
• Retail or customer service experience (bonus if you’ve been a keyholder)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a natural problem-solver
• Passion for coffee, tea, and all things café culture is a huge plus
