We’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for coffee and is ready to roll up their sleeves in a hands-on role.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is a multi-faceted role for someone who enjoys variety in their work. You’ll spend your days roasting coffee, packaging orders, and delivering to our valued wholesale and retail customers. No two days are the same, and you’ll be a key part of keeping our coffee flowing smoothly from roaster to customer.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy coffee bags (up to 60 lbs).
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers, printing invoices and shipping labels.
• Prior experience in coffee roasting, food production, or delivery driving is an asset (but not required — training provided).

• Roast coffee according to company standards and production schedules.
• Weigh, package, and label coffee orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Load and deliver coffee to customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the roasting and packing areas.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of roasting and packaging equipment.
