We roast coffees that suit all brew types and perfect roast profiles that optimise each coffee’s potential flavour.
We’re looking for a Roastery Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Its a hands-on role ideal for someone interested to learn more about coffee and
production processes.

• Pack and label roasted coffee for retail and wholesale orders
• Dispatch online and wholesale shipments
• Keep the roastery clean and equipment well-maintained
• Support production schedules and assist in roasting preparation
• Manage order logistics
• Help setup at coffee events
• Support the Head Roaster
• Take part in wider business operations as needed
