What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of coffee-focused accounts across cafés, restaurants, and retail outlets.
• Act as a coffee brand ambassador, promoting products, tastings, and training sessions with clients.
• Build strong customer relationships while securing new business opportunities.
• Drive results by achieving call rates, distribution, product mix, and sales volume targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on growth plans, promotions, and campaigns.
• Provide coffee product knowledge and training to help customers maximise sales.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ sales experience, ideally with a strong background in coffee, hospitality, or beverage sales.
• Deep understanding of coffee culture, brewing methods, and product knowledge.
• Track record of building customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.
• Professional presentation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and organised with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales systems.
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
