Coffee Shop Barista & Cook
We’re looking for an all-rounder to work in our busy cafe, working as a barista, cook and general helper.
Experience isn’t necessary but a great attitude is. We have a positive, friendly team and we are looking for someone to share in our customer first approach.
Duties include cooking, food preparation, making hot drinks and milkshakes, cleaning and attending to customers. We will provide on-site training and cover the cost of a Level 2 food hygiene course if you don’t already have one.
We do get very busy during lunchtimes and weekends, so ability to work well under pressure is essential. During quiet period the ideal candidate would be proactive in making the cafe presentable and being ready for customers.
The shifts are weekend days between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, requiring one day on the weekend . Shift options range from 15 -35 hours, with overtime available to cover shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
