Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of deli operations, including staff management, customer service, and food preparation, to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized deli area.
  • Manage inventory, oversee supply ordering, and optimize stock levels to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
  • Drive shop presentation and product quality, ensuring all offerings meet Marvellous Greens and Beans’ high standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets, to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to delegate tasks effectively while remaining actively involved in daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and community partners to support sustainability and local sourcing initiatives.
