Mermaids is an independent coffee shop & roastery based on the picturesque banks of the River Hamble, Hampshire. We small batch hand roast our own coffee and bake our own cakes and treats, as well as offering a small range of grab-and-go savoury food.
With two waterside locations – Premier Universal Marina and Warsash Village Quay – we’re a favourite stop along the Swanwick to Warsash coastal footpath. Now, we’re looking for a new team member to join our kitchen, working alongside our talented Head Chef/Baker.

• Preparing our simple-but-delicious savoury grab-and-go range.

• Keeping our kitchen sparkling clean, helping with washing up and ensuring it’s running smoothly.
• Helping manage stock and maintain high food hygiene standards.
