JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant coffee shop . The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coffee and hospitality, along with strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise, food safety knowledge, and exceptional customer service abilities to ensure a welcoming environment for our patrons.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or coffee shop industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
  • Previous barista experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with both staff and customers.
