We are opening a new coffee shop in Derby and are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop, making sure our customers have a great experience, and helping the business grow. We are in the process of forming a chain of outlets, so we are now looking for the right person to grow with the business.

• Manage the daily running of the coffee shop
• Lead and support staff, including training new team members
• Make sure high standards of customer service are always met
• Handle stock ordering and deliveries
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and welcoming
• Manage staff rotas and ensure shifts are covered
• Handle cashing up and basic financial records
• Help promote the shop and attract new customers What We’re Looking For :
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar role (supervisor/manager experience is a bonus)
• Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
• Good organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a small team
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
