JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective team management, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in interviewing and training staff is preferred.
  • A passion for coffee culture and customer service excellence is highly desirable.

    Pay: $36,452.70-$62,663.39 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Handle cash management, including operating the POS system and reconciling daily sales.
  • Assist in hiring and interviewing new staff members to build a strong team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and promotions.
