We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in management, with a strong background in quick service or casual dining environments.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Experience in training, development, and team management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Experience with inventory management and budgeting processes.
  • Previous roles may include barista experience, assistant manager experience, or supervisory roles within the coffee industry.
