JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant coffee shop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and customer service are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or coffee shop environment is essential.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
  • Previous barista experience is highly desirable, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and staff development.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is crucial for maintaining health regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to engage customers and build rapport.
