JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and support staff development.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role within the food service industry is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
