Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for great customer service alongside the skills to take amazing photos of the day to day operations.
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Supervisor with front of house skills, ideally barista skills and even more ideal would be social media skills, to join our Newteam here in Cardiff. A key part to the role will also include marketing - for example simple photography and editing skills, basic social media experience. At The Haystack we are passionate about serving our customers excellent quality coffee. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a close knit team and have a major influence on the day to day running of the coffee shop, adding ideas and being extremely valued as an employee.
The Haystack Café is an independent coffee shop that is always full between opening times.
Our main mission is to supply great tasting and humble brunch dishes along side the perfectly made coffee. The café design follows the rural agricultural background of the owners, because of this we will support local food sources as much as possible when creating our menu and buying produce. This is our main goal in our marketing to express what we do and how we do it.

Previous Experience in Hospitality ( Ideally Social media marketing too) but not essential. Hard work and Willingness to learn and grow is much more important to us.
