Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in Tinderbox Glasgow Fort, starting in late September / early October.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee making, team management, and leadership skills. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing a busy shopping centre based coffee shop
- Ensure Tinderbox standards are met and upheld on a daily basis
- Supervise and train staff on the coffee machine and other roles
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
