JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Waitress/Waiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in the daily operations of our terrace dining area. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring they enjoy their experience with us.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A background in hospitality or bartending would be beneficial.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including seating areas and workstations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the till efficiently.
• Support catering services as required, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of food items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
