This role requires regular travel across the Wellington and surrounding. region and is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key customers within the territory. As a Coffee Specialist & Account Manager, you’d play a critical role in supporting our customers in a full-service style capacity. What does that mean? In this role, you will: Coffee Training- Support barista training, assist with account training coordination, and represent JDE across key customer base. Day-to-day account management & journey plan call cycle of a customer base spread across the designated region Attending customer sites, implementing equipment checks on a variety of machines ranging from espresso machines and grinders to automatic equipment placed across a variety of segments including cafes, hotels, petrol stations, leisure and Health Care facilities Get behind the machine and wow our customers with your barista skills, sharing your knowledge and passion for the perfect cup. Completing dedicated training modules as required within call cycle commitments.
