FULL TIME POSITION

Chef de Partie is required to work with COFEE ANGEL at Dynamic Cater Care Ltd. Unit 6 Ballymun Industrial Estate, St. Margaret’s Road, Dublin 11. The candidates must have at least 2 years’ Chef de Partie experience. Salary: €34,000.00 per annum on a 39-hour working week.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

As well as providing amazing coffee, Coffeeangel pride ourselves on our simple, wholesome and freshly prepared food. All our food and baked goods are prepared daily in our central kitchen. These are then dispatched to our 5 shops.
We are looking for a talented, CHEF DE PARTIE who has a passion for preparing, baking and cooking. You must be a team player, who is ok with early morning starts.

GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Make sure that all meals prepared are of a high quality and presentation.
  • Ensure a high standard of quality, quantity and specification is maintained in respect of goods received and meals prepared.
  • Responsible for ordering, checking and storing of supplies for the kitchen ensuring that the most competitive price is obtained at all times for goods purchased.
  • Ensure that supplies in the storing room are rotated on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that stocktaking is undertaken on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with your Manager and other relevant personnel in respect of the planning and costing of menus.
  • Ensure that menus are varied and of good quality.
  • Labelling, chilling and storage of foodstuffs.
  • Implement cost control measures aiming to achieve maximum utilisation of resources.
  • Deal with customer complaints in an amicable manner and make your Manager aware of same.
