POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Cognia Accreditation Professional to guide Ready Global Academy through the full accreditation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with schools on Cognia accreditation (or re-accreditation), with expertise in institutional self-assessment, compliance documentation, and improvement planning aligned with Cognia’s Performance Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience with Cognia accreditation (initial or renewal) in K–12 or higher education settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Cognia standards, continuous improvement frameworks, and evaluation processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or consulting experience in school accreditation or quality assurance.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with online and blended-learning environments (e.g., Moodle LMS) is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and strategic planning for Cognia accreditation readiness.
  • Guide the school in conducting a comprehensive self-assessment and evidence collection.
  • Review and support development of academic policies, governance documents, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Cognia’s Performance Standards and accreditation protocols.
  • Mentor and collaborate with school leadership and faculty to build sustainable academic and operational frameworks.
  • Prepare and support the school during Cognia engagement reviews and communications with Cognia officials.
