Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Ensure the adoption of workshop “best practice” and that workshop procedures are followed.
  • Responsible for the efficient control of the WIP and progress of individual jobs, from start to completion
  • Stand in for the Engineering Manager in his absence.
  • Identify new opportunities for the development of services.
  • Ensure the implementation of systems and process improvements.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of individual jobs.
  • Ensure the compliance to quality standards and systems.
  • Control safe working practices to Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and enforce the following of ERIKS workshop safety rules.
  • Ensure the security of all plant and equipment.
