The Coiler is responsible for handling, winding, and preparing wire ropes, cables, and other lifting materials according to our high-quality standards and customer specifications.  We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes: * Competitive compensation  * Generous RPP matching program 5% (after one year) * Full health and dental benefits (shared costs) * Great schedule-Monday to Friday 8-4:30 * Fun & engaging working environment * Supportive, safety-first environment * Ongoing training and opportunities for growth Key Responsibilities: * Operate coiling and spooling equipment safely and efficiently * Measure, cut, and prepare cables and wire ropes as required * Inspect materials for defects or damage before and after coiling * Label and package coiled products for shipment or storage * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and production standards * Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed Qualifications: * Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or rigging environment preferred * Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions * Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Forklift or material handling experience is a plus * Team-oriented with a positive, safety-first attitude   The Hercules Group of Companies is a national leader in industrial lifting, rigging, material handling, and safety solutions, proudly supporting critical industries across Canada.
