Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential legal candidates and law firms
• Introduce our recruiting services and gather key information
• Assist in identifying and qualifying leads for our recruiting team
• Maintain detailed call records and follow-up notes

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Minimum 3.3 GPA (required)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, coachable, and highly organized
• Interest in law, recruiting, or sales is a plus!
