This is a remote position. Your Role: Cold Calling Appointment Setter Scope: 20 hours a week, flexible within Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm Eastern Performance-based bonus structure for valid appointments Direct management and communication with the real estate professional Use of client-provided software and systems for calling and tracking Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling campaigns to various lead types including expired listings, probate properties, insurance claims, and delinquent property owners Set qualified appointments for the real estate professional Work with provided lead lists to conduct systematic outreach Qualify prospects and ensure appointments meet established criteria Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and appointment details Requirements: At least 1-3 years of recent experience in sales or appointment setting Experience in cold calling and appointment setting Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence Familiarity with real estate terminology preferred Comfortable working with various lead types and situations Goal-oriented mindset with focus on appointment conversion rates Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_28361_JOB
