Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing sales development team focused on expanding market reach through strategic cold calling campaigns. You'll be working with cutting-edge healthcare technology, helping medical practices discover solutions that streamline their operations and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities Execute strategic cold calling campaigns targeting independent medical practices using carefully curated prospect databases Implement multi-channel outreach strategies including phone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging to maximize engagement Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team using proven conversation frameworks Work through targeted contact lists of approximately 20,000 prospects initially, with opportunity to expand based on performance success Maintain detailed prospect interaction records in HubSpot CRM system to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-up tracking Collaborate closely with US-based BDR manager for ongoing coaching, training, and performance optimization Adapt messaging and approach based on real-time feedback and conversion metrics to continuously improve results Follow up persistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints while maintaining professional relationship building Requirements Excellent English communication skills with clear, neutral accent suitable for US healthcare market Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology Basic understanding of medical practice operations and healthcare software solutions highly beneficial Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience strongly preferred) Resilient mindset with ability to handle rejection while maintaining enthusiasm and persistence Comfortable executing multi-channel outreach campaigns across phone, email, and social media platforms Strong willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions and implement coaching feedback Goal-oriented approach with focus on meeting and exceeding appointment setting targets Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote team members Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements and healthcare industry sensitivity preferred
