Cold Chain Validation Specialist will support the Vertex Logistics team. This team is involved in multiple cold chain and packaging studies, and this Validation Specialist will be gathering and organizing data to help ensure our client’s products are not impacted during the transportation process.
This is a 12 month contract with chance to extend or convert.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:

• BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant Cold Chain Validation experience
• Proven experience collecting, organizing, and summarizing cold chain shipping validation data
• Must be able to communicate effectively and stay organized in a remote work setting
• Prior technical writing experience is a plus, but not required (documentation protocols, SOPs, reports, work instructions, etc.)
  Pay Range:
  $50-$55/HR

• Support complex Cold Chain & Distribution projects
• Coordinate the implementation of innovative cold chain solutions for cell and gene therapies
• Support establishment and running of Cold Chain validation protocols and reports
• Coordinate the implementation via Vertex’s change control process and Microsoft project management tools
• Coordinate the change with Vertex’s stakeholders such as procurement, warehouse operations, logistic operations, quality, regulatory, finance and receiving sites across the world.
• Coordinate the change between the Vertex stakeholders and the different suppliers of the cold chain technologies
• Support communication strategy deployment of Cold Chain & Distribution project
• Change control & global project management
