• Preparing various types of salads (Oriental, Western, seasonal) and cold mezze items according to the menu.
• Daily preparation of salad and appetizer ingredients (pre-prepping).
• Arranging dishes in an attractive and consistent manner before serving.
• Ensuring the safety and quality of the ingredients used.
• Applying hygiene standards and proper storage practices in the cold section.
• Monitoring the expiry dates of items and disposing of spoiled ones as per management instructions.
• Coordinating with the head chef and other kitchen departments.
• Training assistant staff when needed.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic & english (Required)
