Job Description Immediate start! Creative Activation is on the lookout for superstar retail Team Leader to join our dedicated team for our client, Coles, as part of the CRT team. Merchandising experience preferred however, the right attitude is essential! You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing. Manage staff underperformance constructively and effectively in line with company policy and procedures Provide team members with regular feedback, monitoring and coaching, using remote management tools (phone, email, Dashboard, coaching module) Ensure a strong PURPLE culture is fostered within your state Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Store execution compliance Call coverage Team retention Client satisfaction Reporting/feedback accuracy Adherence to timelines This role is available to start ASAP!
