Job Title: Collaborating Sports Medicine Physician We are seeking a collaborating board certified Family Medicine: Sports Medicine Fellowship trained physician for our APP providers. This candidate must live and practice physically in the state of Nevada. This individual will be needed solely for licensing and credentialing and collaboration only as required by Nevada law. This individual must be willing to move quickly for our staff to update CAQH profiles in preparation for credentialing submissions REQUIREMENTS: Education: MD degree from an accredited medical school Licensure: Nevada Certifications: Board certification in Family Medicine: Sports Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or similar Work Conditions: Hours:10/month Location: Remote with 1 day per month in person per NV regulations Compensation: paid per APP + pay for in person day Job Type: Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
Responsibilities
The collaborating physician will provide necessary licensing and credentialing support for APP providers. This role is primarily for collaboration as required by Nevada law.
