COLLATERAL OPERATIONS LEAD (CASH PRIME BROKERAGE, REPO AND SECURITIES LENDING):

On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Collateral Operations Lead for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3–4 days onsite at our client’s New York office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role primarily supports the bank’s Prime Services and Collateral Management and Funding business lines. The ideal candidate will manage Cash Prime Brokerage, Repo, and Securities Lending margining activities. An understanding of US regulatory margin practices within the Prime Services space is essential for this role.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Collateral Operations (Cash Prime Brokerage, Repo, and Securities Lending).
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of 3+ people.
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple depositories for proper collateralization and settlements.
  • Strong understanding of US regulatory margin practices within the Prime Services space.
  • Strong understanding of all FINRA related margining regulations.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience using Equilend, SwapOne, Global1, DTCC, Loanet, Access Edge, Colline, and ADP.
Responsibilities
  • Support and oversee the daily margining activities within Cash Prime Brokerage, Repo, and Securities Lending, both from a bilateral and Tri-Party perspective.
