Overview This is an entry level position for the Collateral Division of Post-Closing and job responsibilities revolve around collateral security and movement between our title agents, warehouse banks and end servicers/investors. Responsibilities Maintain database for collateral movement to ensure all timelines are met Review signed closing packages prior servicer/investor delivery Filing, mailing and organization of file folders Works well with others and helps promote a positive company atmosphere Eager to learn more about the operations side of the mortgage industry Qualifications Some mortgage industry experience but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Windows software Able to lift approx. 20lb (Banker Boxes) High school diploma or equivalent Min USD $17.00/Hr. Max USD $19.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

The Collateral Specialist maintains databases for collateral movement and ensures all timelines are met for warehouse banks and investors. They are also responsible for reviewing signed closing packages and managing the physical organization of file folders.
