We are looking for a Colleague Experience Business Partner to support our Serious Injury team and help shape how our colleague experience across the business. The role You will partner with leaders to understand priorities and turn these into practical people solutions. You will lead on key areas of the colleague lifecycle including engagement, wellbeing, performance and development, using insight to drive continuous improvement.
