About the Role Our Colleague Experience (CX) team represents the heart of HR, supporting colleagues throughout their entire employment lifecycle. As brand ambassadors and the first point of contact for new joiners, the team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional colleague and stakeholder experiences. We are looking for a Colleague Experience Coordinator who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves diverse HR administrative and operational responsibilities and works closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders across all parks and departments. Key Responsibilities Flexibility, Cross-Training & Teamwork Work flexibly across all CX streams including Onboarding, HR Operations, Transport, Accommodation, and Offboarding Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared goals Maintain positive, professional communication at all times Customer & Colleague Experience Act as a brand ambassador and face of HR, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression Respond confidently to colleague inquiries with strong knowledge of HR processes and policies Manage difficult conversations professionally and in line with policy Deliver services in line with customer service standards, KPIs, and timelines Process Excellence & Compliance Process HR transactions accurately in line with policies, procedures, and legal requirements Ensure government processes, approvals, and deadlines are met Maintain high data accuracy across all systems and documentation Support and deliver parts of the Colleague Induction Program HCM Data & File Management Maintain accurate colleague data within the HCM system Organize, store, and safeguard personnel files and sensitive documents Review and action required approvals Office & Operations Support Raise and follow up on PRs and complete GRNs Manage stationery and operational inventory levels CX Stream Duties (including but not limited to): HR Service Desk: First point of contact for HR queries and service requests Onboarding: Welcome new colleagues and families, verify documentation, prepare employment contracts, support visas and inductions HR Operations: Manage helpdesk queries, lifecycle data updates, company letters, and visa processes Offboarding: Coordinate departures, clearances, payroll finalization, visas, flights, and cargo Transport: Support duty and leisure transport services and schedules Accommodation: Support colleagues in company accommodation, check-ins/outs, and maintenance requests Business Contribution Contribute to colleague satisfaction, engagement, and overall business success Qualifications & Experience Essential High School Diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources Strong spoken and written English Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong administrative skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines Desirable Postsecondary education in HR or a related field Oracle HRMS experience Additional language skills Shape the Future With Us At Miral Experiences, we don’t just create world-class destinations - we create unforgettable memories for our guests and remarkable careers for our people.
