About the Opportunity:
Are you an experienced higher education consultant and experienced with Colleague by Ellucian? Do you have experience working in the Financial Aid office and supporting Colleague Financial Aid? Are you interested in a career delivering innovative solutions that will transform Higher Ed? If you answered yes, then we should talk!

As a Colleague Financial Aid Consultant, you will be instrumental in consulting with our customers and delivering value-added services that provide the quickest path to institutional success. This role provides personalized and on-going guidance and support on Ellucian solutions and customer business operations post-implementation, enabling customers to maximize value from their solutions. The role works closely with the customer, building a relationship with the customer’s points of contact, understanding their business needs and the customer’s current use and knowledge of the Ellucian solution. The Consultant works with customers on assigned projects to identify solutions to business and functional problems. Additional activities include:

• Executing and completing assigned projects within the time and scope negotiated with the customer
• Evaluating existing business processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvement
• Implementing systems and proof of concepts that best fit the customer’s needs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction until the project is complete.

The successful candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of the Financial Aid Module and an overall understanding of Ellucian’s broad portfolio of solutions. Additional knowledge of touch points to the Financial Aid module is a plus.
Higher education customers are transforming into modern campuses while leveraging technology and solutions to enable student success.
