Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively contact delinquent customers via phone, email, direct visit, etc. to secure payments and resolve outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers, tailoring solutions to their financial situations while adhering to company policies.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes, collaborating with internal departments to gather information and reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions, payment plans, and account statuses.
