Collection / Recovery - Regular EMIs & over dues. Complete control on - NPA & overdue cases Achievement of targets towards Collections of Private Vehicles (Car Finance) Overseeing all activities with respect to Collections/handling of soft bucket and hard bucket cases, including non-starter cases as well. Monitoring of Collection Agencies working for Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. Monitoring Repo Agencies and coordinating the payments of their Repo Bills. Developing strategies to enhance clients/ customer relations through formal and informal channels, building cordial relationship through regular interactions and quality service Appointment of agencies, allocation of cases to the agencies, capacity planning and training Responsible for all collection activities, repossession activities, legal initiation Generating MIS reports and sending to the reporting authority on regular basis. Personal visits in high pos and infant cases Coordinating with other functions like operations - closures for repo vehicles & other recon issues. Handled personally to corporate delinquent customers Timely initiation of legal like Sec-138, arbitration, winding up, Sec 9 & Execution petitions after final award in problematic, infant, pre loss & loss write off cases. Recruiting, leading, monitoring the performance of team members to ensure process efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets. Carrying out detailed Analysis and Decision making for settlements of accounts across different DPD levels and present the possible audit and risk aspects
