* To set up the entire TW operations department for collections, appoint competent agencies, follow process, policies and manuals of the department. * Provide customer service both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to.

Responsibilities

The Collection Manager is responsible for setting up the entire two-wheeler and personal loan collections department. They will appoint competent agencies and ensure all operations adhere to RBI guidelines and internal compliance policies.
