  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
  • Contact customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, or other approved communication channels.
  • Maintain an updated record of customer payments and outstanding balances.
  • Send payment reminders and statements of account to customers.
