WE ARE HIRING – COLLECTION OFFICERS

Position: Collection Officer / Debt Collector

Location: UAE

We are looking for male and female Collection Officers to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in debt collection.
  • Experience with banking portfolios, financial institutions, or collection agencies is preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to follow up with customers and achieve assigned collection targets.
  • Strong follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
  • UAE collection experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.
  • Follow up on assigned accounts and payment commitments.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets.
  • Provide regular updates on assigned portfolios.
