Key Responsibilities: Implement initiatives to improve departmental efficiency and collection performance. Oversee end-to-end collection operations, including the collections call center. Set and monitor targets and productivities of collections agents. Conduct interviews and support onboarding of new staff. Prepare and forecast collection performance reports. Approve credit notes and refunds. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Motivate, coach, and guide team members to achieve targets. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management. Collaborate effectively with other departments. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Manage staff performance and disciplinary actions. Approve monthly leave, overtime, and incentives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields. Experience as a Collection Manager in a B2B environment is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills. Effective leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable, confident, and emotionally intelligent. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Proficient in English is a must
