We are seeking a Collection Specialist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will monitor and communicate with past due accounts for payment in a professional and legal manner consistent with company policy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous collections experience is preferred, but not required
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft products such as Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Ability to communicate well (written and verbal)

Responsibilities
  • Including, but not limited to: Monitor and service customer accounts
  • Communicate with customers diplomatically and professionally
  • Operate telephone and computer system proficiently
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist the department with various clerical duties as needed
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
  • Receive payments from customers and document in company computer system
  • Any additional procedures and policies assigned to ensure quality performance
